So I bought Apocalypse Frame, loved it, thought "This could use more Tyrants," and wrote this up.  OLIGARCHY is a homebrew supplement that provides more Tyrants, as well as a mechanic to add flavor and spice to the fights.  A couple notes:

- This is an in-progress work, so you may find the enemies are too over/underpowered. Feedback is welcome.

- Some of the mechanics mentioned in the file (namely, Cohorts and Trophies) are found in the "The Infected World" season pass.
